Directions to Heartwood Athletic Club

From I-25 traveling North or South
Exit on I- 225 , Exit on to Parker Rd
and proceed South to the Hampden Avenue Ramp
(First exit once on Parker Rd) Keep to the left on
to Hampden Avenue and proceed to Hampden Circle.
(one block past Chambers Rd) and take a right.

From Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch, or Littleton Area
Take C-470 & exit on Parker Rd or from I-25 take either Lincoln,
Dry Creek or Arapahoe Rd to Parker Rd and turn left.
Proceed on Parker Rd towards the Cherry Creek Reservoir
to Hampden Avenue and take a right turn. Proceed on Hampden
Avenue to Hampden Circle and take a right.
(Please note that Parker Rd is currently undergoing
construction from Quincy to Hampden. You can take
a right onto Chambers Rd, near the Wal-mart and
head North on Chambers to Hampden Circle,
one block before Hampden and take a right).

From (Denver) Leetsdale Avenue
Take Leetsdale heading East on to Parker Rd and follow the directions above.

From (Denver) Lowry
Take Alameda East to Chambers Rd.
(You can also get on to I-225 South to Parker Rd
and follow the directions above depending upon
the time of day and traffic) and head South on Chambers Rd
to Hampden Avenue. Go left on Hampden Avenue
to the next light which is Hampden Cr and take a right.

From the Denver Tech Center
Take Union Avenue to Dam Rd off of Union across
the Cherry Creek Reservoir to Parker Rd and proceed
onto Hampden as above or enter onto
I-225 from Yosemite and exit on to Parker Rd.

From Hampden and I-25
Take Hampden Avenue East (or you can get on to I-25 South to
1-225 East and follow the directions above) past Kennedy
Golf Course. Take a right on Dartmouth Ave and go to
Parker Rd. Take a right on Parker Rd and proceed on
Parker Rd to Hampden Ave as above.

WHERE TO PARK:
There is a parking lot to the right of the club with a stroller ramp available.
There is also off street parking.
