Class Cancellation Form

We will NOT accept cancellations unless it is in writing. A 30 day for cancellations is required. Once you decide to reenroll simple give us a call or send us a new registration form. Failure of the parent to give written notice of withdrawal from swim lessons may result in further charges to your account.

It is for your child’s benefit that the class size we offer is smaller (4:1) than any swim program in the area. Cancellations therefore have a much greater impact.  A 30 day notice is necessary so that we can notify current or incoming parents of changes to the schedule.

In order to maintain the pace and small size of our classes, make-up lessons and substitute days/times are not feasible. We have found that this policy allows us to provide the highest quality instruction experience for your children. In place of a make up lesson we have a pass available for you at the office which allows you to come to the pool during our family night and swim at no charge. This gives you the opportunity to practice the skills your child has learned in class and have some quality family time. Open swim is available on Friday evening from 6pm to 9pm. If your family is not able to make this time due to religious reasons then we have a family time available on Sunday. Please enquire with our office staff about this need.
