Schedule of Classes

picSorry, we do not have our schedules posted.
Please call (720) 200-4444 for our current schedule.

Why don’t you post your schedule?
We cannot post the schedule because the schedule can change daily and monthly. We don ’t have a set schedule because we have customized it to meet the needs of busy parents. Our schedule is created by the parents that currently have children enrolled. We will change or add classes monthly based upon the needs of the children and available times and instructors. We will also continue to add classes where there is a high-level demand for a particular class, day and time. Feel free to call for class availability.

When registering online please give us three different preferred days and a time frame of several hours and we will do our best to meet your requests. Because scheduling will be subject to the needs and demands of our students, we cannot guarantee that lessons will be available at the same time each month or with the same teacher.

We will continue to add students throughout the month at a prorated rate. New students must enroll for 2 months during their initial enrollment to the school.

Starfish offers group lessons all day long and offers private classes based on demand. This way we will fill classes that are most requested and needed. Even though we may not have a class scheduled when you call, be patient we form new classes almost weekly.

What do I do if I don’t know what my child’s swim skill level is?
What class do I place them in?

Our management and office staff are experienced aquatic instructors themselves. They will discuss and help you find the best class for your child. Our professional swim instructors constantly evaluate student skills and are alerted to notify the management if they think a child should be placed in a different class or moved to another level. The class is less important than matching children that have similar skills and also within the same age group. This will allow each student to obtain the maximum benefit of the class.

Private Classes - Meets twice per week
picWe schedule private lesson students for the anticipated number of weeks we believe it will take each student to learn these skills. We require you to prepay for each month of private lessons. If during the month we see that your child is ready to move to group lessons, we will give you credit for the private lessons you have paid and apply it towards the group lessons. We will not remove your child out of the private lessons until it is agreed upon by the instructor with the parent.

Weekly Private Classes
A 30-minute weekly private lesson is available for children ages 4 and older that need or respond better to one-on-one attention. This is also a good class for swimmers wishing to further enhance their stroke skills. The cost for a 30 minute session is $60.00 per week.

Semi-Private Classes
Semi-Private lessons are available upon request. You will need to find another student to participate in the lesson with your child that is of the same age and ability. The cost per child for a 30-minute semi-private lesson is $30.00 per week.

Administrative Fee
There is a non-refundable $25.00 annual Administrative Fee per child. The maximum administrative fee per family is $50.00. This fee covers your child's pool use time, insurance costs and administrative expenses. The fee date is determined by your original registration date.

To reserve your space in a class, we require that you pay in full at the time of registration. Call for (720) 200-4444 details.

picPayment
Tuition is due at the time of sign ups. Children will not be put onto the schedule until tuition is paid. Tuition will be prorated up until the first debit run. Automatic debit paper work must be signed before your first lesson.

Withdrawal from lessons
If you wish to withdraw from lessons you need to give 30 days written notice. Go to our class cancellation form on the website. Failure of the parent to give 30 days written notice of withdrawal from swim lessons will result in further charges to your account.
